ABH Case Management Technician

This position will be primarily located at the Main A office with a secondary location at the Grundy office.  The ABH Case Management Technician is responsible for providing basic case management services to long term mentally ill individuals. Responsibilities include: assessing needs, planning goals and objectives, linking individuals to community resources, and monitoring to ensure the individual's needs are met. The chosen candidate will provide counseling to individuals, to include supportive counseling, family assessments and basic crisis intervention.

Hiring Range:  $34,320 - $42,912 annual salary.  (Offers for candidates with more than 10 years of relevant experience may exceed the listed hiring range. Cumberland will only engage in compensation discussions and negotiations after an initial offer of employment is extended.)
