Job Description

Job Description
Step into a day where your hands keep production moving

You start your shift scanning maintenance priorities, lining up tools, and diving into the line that needs you most. One moment you’re tracing a pneumatic fault, the next you’re dialing in a hydraulic press to eliminate downtime. By mid-shift, you’re closing out preventive work orders so tomorrow runs smoother than today. When an unexpected stop hits, you move decisively—multimeter in hand, schematics open—getting equipment safely back online.

Core responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues on production machinery
  • Execute preventive and predictive maintenance to reduce unplanned failures
  • Service, troubleshoot, and repair hydraulic presses and all related support equipment
  • Resolve faults on conveyors, motors, gearboxes, pumps, bearings, and other rotating assets
  • Identify problems within hydraulic and pneumatic circuits, including cylinders, valves, and related components
  • Use a multimeter and electrical schematics to troubleshoot electrical systems safely and effectively
What you’ll rely on
  • Hands-on industrial maintenance background, ideally in a manufacturing setting
  • Proven experience with hydraulics and pneumatics
  • Solid mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting/repair capability
  • Comfort working with motors, gearboxes, conveyors, bearings, and pumps
  • Working knowledge of preventive maintenance best practices
  • Self-direction and the ability to respond quickly and effectively to breakdowns
  • Dependable attendance, reliability, and a safety-first mindset
Why this role matters

Every repair you complete and every PM you close directly contributes to uptime, quality, and a safer operation. If you take pride in solving problems that keep manufacturers running, this is where your expertise makes a measurable impact.
