The Ford Agency is actively looking for an accounts payable professional to join the finance team of a prominent Bethesda based firm. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles, with an emphasis in accounts payable processing, along with demonstrated working knowledge of Concur. This is a temp-to-hire position and is available immediately.
Responsibilities Include:
- Route and process incoming invoices, ensuring proper coding and approvals
- Review and process expense reports in accordance with travel and expense policies
- Assist with department policy and best practices
- Reconcile corporate credit cards and recurring payments
- Maintain files and records for invoices and supporting documents
- Manage vendor relationships
Qualifications Include:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred
- 3+ years' corporate accounting and accounts payable experience
- Experience working in Concur, Sage Intacct required
Compensation:
- $30/hr+ DOE
