What You'll Do

• Own operational standards and performance across your market of ~5 locations
• Spend the majority of your time in restaurants, visible and present with your teams
• Coach, develop, and hold General Managers accountable for the success of their people and their operations
• Drive sales growth, manage costs, and hit EBITDA targets across your portfolio
• Build annual budgets and partner with marketing on competitive sales strategies
• Identify operational gaps and implement lasting solutions across every location
• Ensure key leadership positions are filled with quality candidates and future leaders are being developed from within
