Full-Time Receptionist – Classic Cadillac

Classic Cadillac, located in Mentor, Ohio, is seeking a professional and friendly Full-Time Receptionist to join our team. 

Work Schedule

Monday through Thursday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Position Responsibilities

Our Receptionist serves as the dealership’s front-line contact with our customers and the public. This position plays an important role in creating a positive first impression and must represent Classic Cadillac in a professional, welcoming, and friendly manner at all times.

Responsibilities include:

• Answering, screening, and routing incoming telephone calls

• Taking accurate and thorough messages

• Providing basic information to callers

• Greeting customers as they enter the dealership

• Directing customers to the appropriate salesperson, manager, or department

• Answering general customer inquiries

• Maintaining a professional and welcoming reception and showroom environment

• Providing general clerical and administrative support as needed
