Direct Counsel is seeking a Litigation Attorney with 2+ years of experience to join a sophisticated Health Care Litigation practice representing hospitals, physicians, and other health care providers. This is an especially attractive opportunity for an attorney looking for meaningful litigation experience with the flexibility to build a career that works for their individual needs.

The attorney will work as part of a collaborative team of attorneys and paralegals defending health care clients in litigation matters, with opportunities to take on substantive responsibility in discovery, motion practice, and complex legal analysis.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of litigation experience

• Health care litigation experience is a plus, but not required

• Strong analytical and legal writing skills

• Experience with discovery and motion practice

• Excellent judgment and attention to detail

• Strong work ethic and ability to collaborate effectively

• Georgia and/or Tennessee Bar admission preferred
