In this role, you'll work closely with patients and healthcare providers to support laboratory operations and ensure a smooth patient experience. What You'll Do
  • Coordinate patient flow by rooming patients and assisting with check-in and check-out processes.
  • Update patient charts and maintain accurate medical records.
  • Review and process laboratory orders through the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
  • Collect, process, and prepare specimens for shipment to outside laboratories.
  • Record in-house test results in the Electronic Health Record system.
  • Maintain laboratory inventory, order supplies, and review laboratory invoices.
  • Clean, maintain, and restock laboratory equipment and supplies.
  • Support providers and clinical staff to ensure efficient daily operations.
  • Help create a welcoming and positive experience for every patient.
What We're Looking For
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (required).
  • Minimum 1 year of laboratory experience required.
  • 2 years of healthcare or laboratory experience preferred.
  • Valid California Phlebotomy License preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment.
  • Proficiency with electronic medical records and computer systems.
  • Passion for providing exceptional patient care.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
