Job Title: Machine Operator
Job Description
The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating and ensuring the efficient functioning of CNC machines within a state-of-the-art facility.
Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machines including Mills and Lathes, ensuring they are running efficiently.
- Make necessary edits to machine operations without programming.
- Utilize hand tools and machining skills to facilitate operations.
- Interpret and work from blueprints to accurately execute machining tasks.
- Complete required training and adhere to FAA regulated instructions.
Essential Skills
- Experience with CNC machines, particularly Mill and Lathe operations.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and machining techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Proficiency in English for reading and writing instructions.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Steel-toed footwear required.

Work Environment
Work in a state-of-the-art engine LPT blade repair facility that is clean and climate-controlled. The position involves working weekend shifts from Friday to Sunday with the benefit of receiving a full 40-hour pay for 36 hours worked, along with an 8% shift differential.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wichita Falls, TX.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
