Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) for a rehabilitation contract opportunity. The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients' physical conditions, mobility, strength, and range of motion.
  • Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans.
  • Provide therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance training, and mobility rehabilitation.
  • Help patients recover from injuries, surgeries, and other physical conditions.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate.
  • Educate patients and families on exercises, recovery plans, and injury prevention.
  • Maintain accurate patient assessments, treatment records, and progress notes.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, rehabilitation staff, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Follow facility protocols, infection control standards, and patient safety guidelines.
Requirements
  • Active and valid Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of practice.
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Previous experience in rehabilitation or a related clinical setting preferred.
  • Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Current BLS certification, if required by the facility.
  • Ability to provide quality, patient-centered rehabilitation care.
