Customer Acquisition Specialist

Position Overview

As a Customer Acquisition Specialist, you will work directly with customers in a retail environment, helping them understand available telecommunications products, wireless services, and promotional offers.

Your primary responsibility will be to create positive customer interactions, identify customer needs, and contribute to new customer acquisition through consultative sales.

This is an in-person retail sales position in the San Jose area, not a remote or call-center position.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers in assigned retail locations throughout the San Jose area.
• Represent telecommunications products and wireless service offerings professionally.
• Explain product features, service plans, pricing, and promotional opportunities.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
• Build positive customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
• Support customer acquisition and sales performance goals.
• Maintain accurate information related to customer interactions and sales activity.
• Participate in product training, sales development, and team meetings.
• Collaborate with team members and management to improve the customer experience.
• Maintain professionalism and compliance with company and client standards.

Previous sales experience is preferred but not required. Training is provided.
