Featuring a drive-thru and walk-up window, this store brings Hawaiian coffee, friendly service, and island vibes to guests on the go.

This role is dedicated to our Englewood store, with responsibility for building a strong team, leading daily operations, and growing our connection with the surrounding community.

What We’re Looking For:

• A hands-on leader with proven experience in food, beverage, or retail management

• Someone who leads by example and inspires their team through coaching, motivation, and accountability

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• A business-minded approach to managing labor, inventory, and store performance

• Ability to keep service friendly, accurate, and efficient in a fast-paced drive-thru environment

• Adaptability and dependability, with availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Previous management experience required; coffee and drive-thru experience preferred but not required

• Experience with new store openings or training teams is a plus

What You’ll Do:

Pre-Opening Responsibilities:

• Work with franchise leadership to prepare the Englewood store for opening

• Help hire, onboard, and train team members

• Establish efficient workflows for drive-thru and walk-up window service

• Support store setup, equipment checks, inventory ordering, and launch readiness

• Prepare the team to deliver consistent drink quality and a welcoming guest experience from day one

Post-Opening Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations at the Englewood store, ensuring smooth shifts and an exceptional guest experience

• Lead efficient drive-thru and walk-up service, balancing speed, order accuracy, product quality, and friendly guest interactions

• Recruit, train, schedule, and develop team members, including Shift Leads

• Drive sales, manage labor costs, and monitor inventory to achieve store performance goals

• Coach the team on thoughtful recommendations, rewards program engagement, and building repeat business

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store that reflects Bad Ass Coffee standards

• Lead with Aloha by cultivating a positive culture where team members feel valued and accountable

• Handle cash management, ordering, inventory control, and reporting

• Partner with franchise leadership on local promotions and community outreach

• Serve as the primary point of contact between the Englewood store and franchise leadership

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, and work on your feet for 6–8 hours per shift

• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs regularly

• Ability to perform repetitive motions with hands and arms, including scooping, tamping, and pouring
