On-Call Minibus Driver: CDL with Passenger Endorsement ($35/hr)

Santa Barbara Airbus is looking for licensed on-call drivers to operate our minibuses. If you hold a CDL with a passenger endorsement and want flexible, well-paid work, this is a great fit. Most of our minibus work falls on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, so it pairs well with a weekday job, retirement, or any schedule where you want extra hours at $35 per hour.

You'll drive minibuses only, with no large motorcoaches required. For over 40 years, Santa Barbara Airbus has been a trusted name in transportation across the Central Coast and beyond, and our drivers are the face of our company.

What You'll Do:

• Operate minibuses safely on private charters and group trips
• Provide excellent customer service to passengers throughout the trip
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Follow all DOT, FMCSA, and company safety regulations
• Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding schedules, delays, or issues
• Maintain a clean and professional vehicle at all times
• Assist passengers with luggage and boarding as needed

What We're Looking For:

• Active CDL with passenger endorsement (required)
• Clean driving record
• Must pass a background check and drug screen
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
• Availability to be on call, with most shifts on Friday-Sunday
