Business Development Manager

We're looking for a Business Development Manager to lead our branch and drive growth in the local market. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for increasing sales, developing new business, expanding existing accounts, recruiting top talent, and building a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Increase sales and market share through business development and relationship building.
• Grow existing customer accounts while developing new business opportunities.
• Recruit, coach, and lead a successful branch team.
• Manage daily branch operations and ensure profitability.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and employees.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and safety standards.
• Utilize company technology to manage recruiting, sales, and branch performance.

Qualifications

• Staffing industry experience required.
• Proven success in outside sales and business development.
• Branch management or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using ATS, CRM, or recruiting technology.
