Front Desk

About Us

We are an established auto repair shop in Virginia Beach committed to honest service, quality repairs, and treating our customers like family. We’re looking for a friendly, dependable Front Desk Representative / Cashier to be the welcoming face of our shop and keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Customer Service: Greet incoming customers, check them in for appointments, and answer general phone inquiries with a welcoming, professional attitude.
• Payment Processing: Process customer payments (cash, credit cards, financing) and issue receipts accurately upon service completion.
• Scheduling & Organization: Manage appointment schedules, organize work orders, and handle basic administrative tasks (filing, light data entry).
• Communication Hub: Relay customer questions or concerns to our service advisors and technician team to ensure seamless communication.
• Front Office Upkeep: Keep the waiting area and front desk clean, organized, and inviting for our guests.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills with a warm, personable phone and in-person presence.
• Top-Notch Organization: High attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively during busy periods.
• Reliability: Dependable attendance and a proactive, positive attitude.
• Basic Tech Skills: Familiarity with basic computer operations and point-of-sale systems (we will train you on our specific software!).
• No Auto Experience Needed: We value great interpersonal skills over automotive knowledge—we’ll teach you everything you need to know about the shop side!

What We Offer

• Competitive hourly pay (commensurate with availability and experience)
• Comprehensive hands-on training
• A supportive, team-oriented work environment
