Location: Dallas, TX

Pay: $15.00 - 17.50 per hr.
Schedule: 6:00 AM–6:30 PM & 7PM - 5:30AM
Shifts:

A1 - 4/10, Sunday - Wednesday 6am - 4:30pm $15/hr.

A2 - 3/12, Sunday - Tuesday 5pm - 5:30am $17/hr.

B1 - 3/12, Thursday - Saturday, 6:30pm - 3pm $15.50/hr.

B2 - 4/10, Thursday, Friday, Saturday 7pm - 5:30am & Wednesday 5pm - 3::30am $17.50/hr.
Overtime: Mandatory overtime may be required!

We are seeking dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associates to join our team. This position supports daily warehouse and distribution operations, including order picking, packing, product assembly, RF scanning, inventory support, and general warehouse duties.

The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, reliable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining accuracy and productivity standards.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Pick and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment
• Perform product assembly as required
• Use RF scanners and handheld warehouse equipment to scan and track inventory
• Follow Warehouse Management System (WMS) procedures
• Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and physical inventories
• Verify products and quantities for accuracy
• Properly handle and store products to help prevent damage
• Maintain required productivity and accuracy standards
• Follow established company procedures and work instructions
• Follow all warehouse safety policies and guidelines
• Work cooperatively with supervisors and other warehouse associates
• Maintain a clean, neat, safe, and organized work area
• Complete assigned tasks within required timeframes
• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned by management or supervisor

Requirements & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous warehouse, distribution, fulfillment, or production experience preferred
• Order picking and packing experience is a plus
• RF scanner or handheld scanning experience is preferred
• Ability to maintain productivity and accuracy standards
• Ability to understand and follow written, verbal, and diagram-based instructions
• Basic math skills required
• Must successfully complete the Stord Simple Math Test Three versions of the test are available Candidates must successfully pass at least one version
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Dependable attendance and punctuality required
• Must be able to follow all safety procedures and workplace policies Physical Requirements
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
• Frequently lift and/or move up to 75 lbs., buddy lift
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift
• Must be comfortable working in a physically active warehouse environment

Work Environment

• This position is performed in a non-temperature-controlled warehouse
• Indoor temperatures may fluctuate depending on the season and outside weather conditions
• Fast-paced warehouse/distribution environment
• Employees are expected to work safely, efficiently, and accurately throughout their shift
