Opportunity Summary

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is hiring Warehouse Associates in Chandler, AZ! If you have experience with handheld inventory scanners and enjoy hands-on warehouse work, this is a great opportunity to join a busy team with steady, full-time hours and weekends off.

You'll support daily warehouse operations, including order picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory management. With two shift options available, you can find a schedule that works for you.

What You'll Do

• Pick, pack, sort, and prepare products for shipment
• Receive, unload, and organize incoming warehouse inventory
• Use RFID or handheld scanners to track products, locate inventory, and maintain accurate counts
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse
• Package, label, and box orders for shipping
• Safely lift and move products weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Rotate between picking, packing, receiving, and shipping areas based on daily needs
• Follow warehouse safety procedures and supervisor instructions

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Experience using an RFID scanner or similar handheld inventory scanner
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain on your feet throughout the shift
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach while performing warehouse tasks
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in warehouse operations, order fulfillment, picking, packing, shipping, or receiving
• Forklift experience is a plus, but not required
