Finance Manager

Job Title: Finance Manager

Location: Auburn Hills, MI (Hybrid)

Position Summary:

• Lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial reporting, and financial modeling to support strategic and operational decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial statements, forecasts, budgets, and variance reports.
• Monitor cash flow, cost controls, capital expenditures, and financial performance.
• Support audits, compliance, internal controls, and risk management.
• Manage manufacturing finance, cost accounting, product costing, and margin analysis.
• Develop financial processes, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Partner with operations, engineering, and leadership to improve business performance.
• Communicate financial insights to finance and non-finance stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive finance, accounting, or FP&A experience.
• Strong FP&A, financial modeling, reporting, and accounting skills.
• Manufacturing finance and ERP/Excel/BI experience preferred.
• Knowledge of accounting standards, compliance, controls, and risk management.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
