M&N Plumbing Supply is a family-owned wholesale distributor serving professional plumbing contractors throughout the Denver area. Since 2002, we’ve built our reputation on product knowledge, reliability, and strong relationships with our customers. We’re looking for a Counter Sales / Receiving Associate who understands the pace of the construction industry, takes pride in getting things right, and is ready to grow beyond a traditional warehouse role.

The Opportunity

This is a hybrid position designed for someone with warehouse, receiving, or material-handling experience who wants to develop their customer service and sales skills.

You’ll spend your mornings working directly with contractors at the sales counter and your afternoons handling receiving and warehouse operations. If you’re currently working in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or material handling for a plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, industrial, or construction supply company and are looking for the next step in your career, we’d like to talk with you.

Morning Tasks – Counter Sales

• Help contractors find the right products for their jobs
• Enter and process customer orders accurately
• Answer product and availability questions
• Help customers locate and load material
• Learn additional plumbing products and applications
• Build strong relationships with contractor customers
• Work closely with inside sales, purchasing, and warehouse teams

Afternoon Tasks – Receiving & Warehouse

• Receive incoming vendor shipments
• Verify material against purchase orders and packing slips
• Identify shortages, damages, and discrepancies
• Accurately receive material into our computer system
• Label and put away inventory
• Keep the receiving and warehouse areas organized
• Assist with order pulling and other warehouse responsibilities as needed
• Must be able to regularly lift and move 50+ lbs

Who We're Looking For

The ideal candidate has experience in one or more of the following:

• Plumbing or HVAC wholesale distribution
• Shipping and receiving
• Warehouse operations
• Material handling
• Plumbing, HVAC, or mechanical products
• Inventory and order management
• Contractor service or counter sales

You don’t need to be an experienced salesperson.

If you understand how a wholesale warehouse operates, know the products, work hard, and are ready to learn and develop your customer service skills, we’ll teach you the counter sales side of the business.

Schedule

Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–4:00 PM

• Consistent 40-hour work week
• No nights
• No weekends
• Little to no overtime

Pay & Benefits

• $22–$26/hour, depending on experience
• M&N pays 95% of employee healthcare premiums
• 401(k) with 4% company match
