Inventory Clerk

The Inventory Clerk will support inventory operations in a distribution warehouse through a split floor and data-entry role. This position will conduct weekly physical counts, receive and organize stock, maintain accurate inventory records, enter data into the WMS, track Inventory movement in the WMS, and operate a cherry picker to support warehouse activities.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing & Tracking Inventory Movement within the WMS
• Entering Cycle-Count Results, and looking up SKU's, Item #'s, Locations, lots, etc..
• Making Inventory adjustments within the WMS, generating reports, and documenting discrepancies
• Perform weekly inventory counting and cycle counting.
• Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock.
• Complete accurate inventory data entry and tracking.
• Pick orders and organize warehouse inventory.
• Reconcile stock records and investigate discrepancies.
• Conduct inventory audits and maintain accurate documentation.
• Operate a Cherry Picker to support inventory and warehouse activities.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in inventory control, on the Warehouse Floor
• 1 + years of experience support Inventory Department operations from a Data Entry capacity
• 1 + year of experience operating a Cherry Picker
• Experience with Microsoft Excel & WMS
• Experience with Cycle counting & Inventory Audits
