Outside Sales Representative

Job Type: Full-time

- Commission Only

- $500/wk for the first four weeks

Work Location: In-person / Field-Based (Plano, TX and surrounding areas)

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new residential and commercial business opportunities
• Meet with homeowners, businesses, and property managers to assess lighting needs
• Conduct sales presentations and provide customized solutions
• Follow up on leads and customer inquiries
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Negotiate and close sales opportunities
• Consistently achieve sales and revenue goals
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of outside sales, home services sales, or customer-facing sales experience
• Experience selling to homeowners, businesses, or property managers
• Proven ability to prospect, follow up, and close sales
• Strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
• Comfortable making outbound calls and developing new business
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
