We are seeking a detail-oriented, discreet, and professional Luxury High-End Cleaner/Housekeeper to maintain upscale residences to the highest standards. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, has experience cleaning luxury homes, and understands the importance of confidentiality, reliability, and exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed cleaning of luxury residences, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and formal entertaining spaces.
• Clean and maintain outdoor living areas, including patios, lanais, outdoor kitchens, and pool areas.
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and sanitize all surfaces using proper cleaning techniques.
• Care for high-end finishes, delicate materials, artwork, antiques, fine furnishings, and specialty surfaces.
• Clean windows, mirrors, appliances, fixtures, and glass surfaces to a spotless finish.
• Change bed linens, make beds, and maintain guest-ready rooms.
• Laundry duties including washing, folding, ironing, and garment care.
• Organize closets, pantries, and household spaces as needed.
• Follow customized cleaning checklists and homeowner preferences.
• Maintain cleaning supplies and notify management of inventory needs.
• Ensure discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality while working in private residences.

Qualifications

• Previous experience cleaning luxury homes, estates, vacation properties, or high-end hospitality environments preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Experience with ironing and proper garment care.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
• Must be responsible, dependable, and trustworthy.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license required.
• Must provide professional references.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
• Ability to maintain client confidentiality and privacy at all times.
