Are you an experienced landscaper with leadership skills and a clean driving record? We're looking for a motivated Crew Leader to lead daily operations, support crew members, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll work alongside your team while helping drive success on every job site.

What You'll Do

✅ Lead, supervise, and motivate landscaping crew members

✅ Assign daily tasks and ensure work orders are completed on time

✅ Operate and oversee trucks, trailers, tools, and equipment safely

✅ Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards (OSHA)

✅ Load, unload, transport, and organize job materials and equipment

✅ Monitor work quality and productivity on job sites

✅ Report progress, maintenance issues, and safety concerns to management

✅ Interact professionally with clients when needed

✅ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Qualifications

✔️ Minimum 1 years of landscaping or related industry experience

✔️ Previous supervisory or leadership experience required

✔️ Clean driving record required

✔️ Ability to work hands-on with the crew

✔️ Strong communication and problem-solving skills

✔️ Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

✔️ Willingness to learn English

✔️ Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
