Customer Service Agent: Closing Shift (Tuesday-Saturday)

Santa Barbara Airbus is looking for a friendly, dependable, Spanish-speaking Customer Service Agent to join our team on the closing shift. You'll be the first point of contact for passengers traveling on our daily LAX shuttle and private charters, helping them feel welcome and well taken care of in English and Spanish, from the first call to the last boarding. What You'll Do:

• Greet passengers in English and Spanish and assist with ticketing, reservations, and boarding
• Answer phone calls, emails, and walk-in questions about schedules, fares, and services
• Coordinate with drivers and dispatch on departures, delays, and passenger needs
• Handle payments accurately and balance your register at the end of the shift
• Resolve passenger concerns with patience and professionalism
• Complete end-of-day closing duties, including securing the office and wrapping up paperwork
• Keep the customer service area clean and organized

What We're Looking For:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (Spanish-speaking strongly preferred)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable on the phone and with computers
• Accurate with cash handling and details
• Reliable, punctual, and able to stay calm under pressure
• Availability Tuesday-Saturday, 11:00 AM-8:00 PM
• Previous customer service experience is helpful but not required
• Must pass a background check
