RN - Bilingual

Registered Nurse (RN) Float | Bilingual English/Spanish | 6-Month Assignment

Location: San Ysidro and Chula Vista, CA
Assignment: 6-month temporary position
Setting: Outpatient clinics

360X Staffing is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide patient-centered care and support clinic teams across San Ysidro and Chula Vista. This float assignment is ideal for an RN who enjoys variety, adapts well to different teams, and brings experience in primary care, specialty care, pediatrics, and OB/GYN.

Bilingual English/Spanish is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care, patient assessments, and clinical data collection.
• Administer medications as ordered and perform procedures within the RN scope of practice.
• Educate patients and families about care plans and follow-up needs.
• Coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, procedures, and patient responses.
• Assist with immunization coordination and daily clinic workflows.
• Support quality improvement and staff development activities.
• Float between clinic locations to provide coverage as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Active California Registered Nurse license.
• At least 1 year of RN experience.
• Experience in primary care, specialty care, pediatrics, and OB/GYN.
• Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with an ADN or BSN; BSN preferred.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Current American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers or CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer certification.
• Strong communication skills and ability to read, write, and understand medical terminology.
• Reliable transportation to travel between clinic locations.

Clinic experience is preferred.
