About the Role:
Royal Crown Homes LLC in Bloomington, MN is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Staff member to join our Arden Hills and New Brighton team. This is a meaningful opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities by providing personalized care and support in a home-like environment.
Responsibilities:
Part Time position: 2PM-10 pm and every other weekend AM or PM

- Provide direct care 1:1 or 2:1 to individuals in there own homes
- Provide Daily support to individuals with developmental or physical disabilities in Arden hills and New Brighton area
- Assist/ remind the individuals of personal hygiene, grooming, and daily self-care routines
- Support individuals in community integration activities and outings
- Implement individualized support plans (ISPs) and document progress accurately
- Administer medications and follow health care protocols as directed
- Foster a safe, respectful, and empowering environment for all residents
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, families, and care team members
Requirements:
- Prior experience in direct support, caregiving, or human services preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check as required by Minnesota DHS
- Strong communication, patience, and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to obtain or current certification in CPR/First Aid
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, or overnights
- Genuine passion for supporting individuals with disabilities
