Job Description

A growing, established plaintiff's firm in Dallas, TX is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join and help lead its expanding litigation department. This position offers the opportunity to take ownership of significant personal injury cases, develop litigation strategy, conduct high-level depositions, and gain meaningful courtroom and trial exposure. We're looking for a confident trial lawyer with substantial first-chair experience who knows how to build a case, challenge corporate defendants and experts, advocate for clients, and drive matters toward successful resolution.

Requirements:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Active Texas Bar license in good standing
Significant plaintiff personal injury litigation experience
Significant first-chair trial experience
Extensive deposition experience
Experience deposing corporate defendants
Experience examining and deposing liability, damages, and medical experts
Thorough knowledge of litigation procedures and practices
Exceptional courtroom advocacy and negotiation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and case management abilities
Ability to work independently and take ownership of litigation matters
Previous experience leading or mentoring members of a litigation team

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
