Part-time Driver & Customer Service Representative - Downtown Milwaukee

Hours:

• 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Hours can vary depending on workload)
• Monday through Friday
• 1st shift availability required

Requirements:

• Pass a criminal background check and drug screen
• TB test result (at your own expense)
• Hold a current Wisconsin Driver's License with an acceptable motor vehicle record
• Ability to lift 70 lbs frequently and 100 lbs intermittently
• Comfortable working in variable indoor/outdoor conditions (weather, noise, temperature)

Job Purpose:
Operate company food service vehicles (van or box truck) to deliver meals and supplies while providing courteous, efficient customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate vehicles on designated routes
• Use Route Boss for route planning and tracking
• Deliver meals and supplies accurately; obtain signatures
• Assist with food service tasks (meal prep and serving)
• Perform minor vehicle maintenance and cleaning
• Maintain the sanitation of vehicles and work areas
• Participate in end-of-day cleanup (dishwashing, sanitizing equipment)
• Stock and rotate products in storerooms/coolers/freezers
• Communicate issues to the supervisor promptly
• Attend safety briefings and training sessions
• Promote food and physical safety
• Represent the department professionally and maintain confidentiality

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to move frequently, transport, position, push/pull, and/or lift objects or equipment weighing at least 70 pounds repetitively (100 pounds intermittently) in a variety of situations, including using stairs or during inclement weather.
• This position may work in a variety of indoor and outdoor work environments, which may include various outdoor weather conditions, loud noises, fluctuating temperatures, and the occasional use of stairs.
