Appointment Setter (Must speak English & Spanish)

Pay: $18–$24 per hour, plus overtime and performance bonuses

Schedule: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM or 10:00 AM–6:00 PM

Weekend Availability: Must be available to work two weekend days per month

USA Home Improvement is looking for a motivated, energetic, and dependable bilingual Call Center Representative to join our in-house team.

You will speak with homeowners who have already requested information about our products and services. This is not a cold-calling position. Your primary responsibility will be following up with interested homeowners and scheduling free in-home consultations.

Responsibilities

Contact warm inbound leads by phone and text

Speak with homeowners about their home-improvement needs

Schedule qualified appointments for free in-home consultations

Follow up consistently with leads who have not yet scheduled

Accurately update customer information and notes in our CRM

Confirm appointments and communicate schedule changes

Work closely with the call center and sales teams

Qualifications

Fluency in both English and Spanish is required

Confident, professional, and energetic phone presence

Strong communication and customer-service skills

Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Call center, sales, customer-service, or appointment-setting experience is preferred

Salesforce or other CRM experience is a plus

Must be able to commute daily to our Hallandale Beach office

Must be available to work two weekend days per month
