Control Room Operator - 2nd shift

• Pay Rate: Starting at $18.25 per hour
• Schedule: 12-hour rotating shifts (typically 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Location: Reform

• Operations & Monitoring: Use computerized systems to monitor plant conditions, equipment, and alarms, while managing equipment adjustments and shift logs.
• Safety & Compliance: Respond to emergencies, coordinate with teams, and strictly follow facility rules like the no-cell-phone policy. 

• Computer literacy and adherence to safety procedures.
• Ability to stay focused during 12-hour rotating shifts with a safety-first industrial mindset

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $18.75 - $20.00
