Job Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and assess their physical therapy needs.

- Provide therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation treatments.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and recovery techniques.
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to support patient recovery and safety.
Requirements
- Active California Physical Therapist license.
- Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience.
- Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred.
- Strong patient-care, communication, and documentation skills.
