Driver Manager

The Driver Manager will build and maintain relationships with drivers and communicate regularly with customers. Coordinate daily dispatches, schedules, home time, paperwork, and driver support activities. Will assist drivers with payroll-related questions. Utilize the mobile app and other technology to support daily operations. Ensure compliance with company policies and federal D)T regulations. Collaborate with operations, safety, maintenance, payroll, recruiting, and customer service to monitor key performance indicators, support driver engagement, and focus on retention efforts.

HSG. Bachelor's degree preferred. 2+ years of transportation management experience preferred. Familiar with federal DOT regulations. Proficient in MS Office Suite and transportation management software.

Normal Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 - 5. Criminal/Drug Testing
