Job Title: Senior Assembly Supervisor
Location: Maple Grove, MN
Compensation: 1st shift: $85,000-$100,000 annually | 2nd shift: $85,000-110,000 annually
Schedule: 1st shift: Monday-Thursday (9 hour days) and Friday (4 hour days) | 2nd shift: strictly Monday-Thursday.

• Supervise, mentor, and motivate production operators, technicians, and assembly workers
• Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining quality and efficiency standards
• Monitor product quality and conduct inspections and audits of finished products
• Address production issues and implement corrective actions to maintain quality requirements
• Enforce workplace safety policies, procedures, and training requirements
• Coordinate daily production activities and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Lead and support teams in a fast-paced HVAC manufacturing environment

What You Need to Bring to the Senior Assembly Supervisor Role:

• Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment required
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop employees from diverse backgrounds
• Knowledge of quality assurance processes and manufacturing standards
• Understanding of workplace safety regulations and procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production setting and manage multiple priorities
