We're seeking a Physical Therapist to join a collaborative pediatric rehabilitation program in Santa Rosa, CA. This role is ideal for PTs interested in working with children and young adults in a supportive, team‑based environment. New graduates are encouraged to apply, with mentorship and training available from an experienced interdisciplinary team.
Position Highlights
Location: Santa Rosa, CA
Setting: Pediatric Outpatient Program Located on School Campuses
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Flexible scheduling options available:
- 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM typical schedule
- 4×10s available
- Alternative schedules may be considered
Assignment Length: Approximately 6 months
Patient Population
- Ages 0–21
- Wide variety of diagnoses and developmental needs
- Neurological, orthopedic, muscular, and lifelong medical conditions
- Medically based therapy program located on school property
- County-run program with a collaborative, team-oriented approach
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist License
- Pediatric experience preferred, but not required
- Adult PT experience considered
- New graduates welcome
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Interest in working with children and families
