Work Schedule
100% FTE. Scheduled shifts are 3:30am-12:00pm Monday-Friday and must be available some nights depending on operational needs.

We are seeking a Culinary Production Assistant who:

* Follow standardized recipes and production schedules to prepare, portion, weigh, package, and label large batch food items
* Adhere to Wisconsin Food Code, ServSafe, and UW Health standards
* Manage ingredient rotation, monitor critical control points, and sanitize equipment to keep food/meal production on schedule

Culinary Production Assistants are eligible for:
