Retail Staff Pharmacist in Nashwauk, MN

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

The role is based in Grand Rapids, MN, requiring a flexible schedule Monday through Friday with rotating weekends, averaging 30 to 40 hours per week. This contract assignment is expected to last 8+ weeks, providing a diverse range of pharmacy duties.

Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications accurately in a retail and long-term care environment
• Manage and review prescriptions with attention to patient safety
• Provide immunizations and patient counseling
• Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations
• Perform medication therapy management services when necessary

Qualifications:

• Current Minnesota pharmacist license
• PharmD degree preferred or MTM certification
• Immunization certification required
• CPR certification required
• Experience in retail pharmacy and long-term care settings
