Job Title: Server Repair & Test Technician (Entry-Level)

Pay Rate: $21.50 – $25.00 / hour

Job Type: Full-time (Day & Night Shifts Available)

Location: Socorro / El Paso, TX (In-Person)

Are you a tech enthusiast or recent graduate in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or Software Engineering looking to break into the hardware side of the industry? What You’ll Be Doing

• Hardware Diagnostics: Troubleshoot, test, and repair high-performance server hardware and enterprise system components.
• Linux Operations: Work directly with Linux-based operating systems and terminal command-line tools to run diagnostic tests.
• Component Replacement: Swap out defective internal components, rebuild modules, and verify system stability post-repair.

What We’re Looking For

• Linux Basics: Familiarity with Linux command-line navigation and basic commands.
• Troubleshooting Mindset: Prior experience or personal hands-on projects fixing computer hardware, electronics, or PC builds.
• Team Player: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively in a team atmosphere.

Bonus Points For

• Hands-on experience with server, desktop, or electronics assembly/repair.
• Knowledge of advanced Linux diagnostic tools and command parameters.
• Background in a fast-paced technology, testing, or manufacturing environment.
