Accounts Payable Specialist

We are currently seeking a skilled Accounts Payable Specialist to join one of our clients in the Winston Salem area. This opportunity is ideal for an accounting professional who enjoys managing high-volume invoice processing, maintaining strong vendor relationships, and supporting monthly accounting operations in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

· Processing and coding vendor invoices accurately and efficiently

· Perform three-way match

· Preparing invoices for payment approval and check runs

· Managing company credit card receipts and reconciliations

· Reconciling expenses and posting transactions within the accounting system

· Responding to vendor inquiries and resolving discrepancies

· Maintaining AP records, files, and supporting documentation

· Assisting with month-end close activities and account analysis

Qualifications:

· At least 3 years' experience in Accounts Payable

· Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes

· Proficient with Microsoft Office and experience utilizing an accounting ERP system

· Excellent communication, organization, and time management abilities

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Pay Details: $23.00 to $27.00 per hour
