PAY & BONUSES

• $1,000 Hiring Bonus for qualified new hires

• Up to $0.75 CPM " loaded and empty miles paid

• 2,800 Guaranteed Weekly Miles

• $0.60 base CPM + up to $0.15 CPM in performance bonuses

• $1,680 weekly base pay at 2,800 guaranteed miles

• Up to $2,625 weekly at 3,500 miles with full bonuses

• MPG Performance Bonus " up to $0.05 CPM
• Mileage Performance Bonus " up to $0.10 CPM
