RN-L&D(Labor & Delivery)

RN – Labor & Delivery (L&D) Travel Contract

Location: Keene, New Hampshire

Unit & Clinical Requirements

• All-in-one L&D unit requiring proficiency in:
• • Labor and delivery
  • Mother/Baby care
  • Postpartum care
  • Nursery
  • Newborn resuscitation
• Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience — required.
• Postpartum and Mother/Baby experience — required.
• Epic EMR experience — required.
• AWHONN certification obtained within the past 3 years — preferred.
• Must provide nursing care across the lifespan, from infancy through adulthood.

Required Licenses & Certifications

• New Hampshire RN license or Compact license — must be uploaded with submission.
• Active American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification.
• Active Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.
• NH Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/Registration Certificate: Required with all nursing submissions. Candidates cannot be considered without it.

Submission Requirements

• Permanent address must be included in the candidate profile.
• Candidate must have their own vehicle — mandatory.
• Work history required.
• Cover page, if available (not required).
• All requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed and included in the profile at submission.
• Maximum 5 days of RTO; fewer days preferred.
• No RTO or scheduling requests accepted after submission or during the interview/offer process. Late requests may result in a rescinded offer.
• Medical/occupational health compliance items must be ordered, collected, and resulted within 5 days of offer acceptance. Proofs must be uploaded to Trio.

Scheduling & Holiday Requirements

• No block scheduling.
• 48-hour schedules are not available.
• Candidates cannot work this assignment alongside another permanent placement or travel assignment.
• Local travelers residing within 50 miles of the facility are not accepted.
• Candidates may not have all holidays off and must be available to work two holiday blocks, if scheduled/needed:
• • Thanksgiving Day, the following Friday, and weekend.
  • Christmas Eve through Christmas Day and the following weekend.
  • New Year's Eve through New Year's Day and the following weekend.
