Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Assembly Specialist to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will assemble products and components on manual or automatic production lines while following established work instructions, quality standards, and production goals. The ideal candidate is comfortable using hand tools, enjoys hands-on work, and is committed to producing high-quality products in a safe and efficient environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble products and components according to specifications, work instructions, and production schedules.
• Inspect assembled products to ensure quality standards are met and identify any defects or inconsistencies.
• Maintain production output while achieving daily productivity and efficiency goals.
• Follow all company safety policies, quality procedures, and operational guidelines.
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and free from safety hazards.
• Assist with material handling, packaging, labeling, and other production-related duties as needed.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Report equipment issues, quality concerns, or safety hazards promptly.

Qualifications

• Previous assembly, manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
