Platform Operations Engineer

What You’ll Be Doing:

We’re looking for a Linux Infrastructure/Production Support Engineer to support a large on-premises platform environment. You’ll monitor system health, troubleshoot Linux-based VMs and containers, respond to production incidents and outages, perform maintenance and upgrades, and manage ServiceNow tickets within SLA requirements. This is a hands-on operations and production support role, not a development, cloud engineering, or architecture position.

Must-Haves:

• 3+ years of relevant infrastructure/production support experience
• Strong hands-on Linux troubleshooting skills
• Experience supporting on-premises infrastructure
• Experience troubleshooting VM/server environments
• Production support, platform support, or infrastructure operations experience
• Experience with ServiceNow or a similar ITSM/ticketing system
• Experience with system monitoring, alerting, and incident response
• Strong communication and ability to work across technical teams

Nice-to-Haves:

• Kubernetes or container platform experience
• Middleware experience such as WebLogic or WebSphere
• Ansible, scripting, or automation experience
• Redis experience
