Registered Nurse (Med-Surg) | Full-Time | Quick Offer

We are hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide safe, evidence-based patient care in the Medical-Surgical unit. New graduates are welcome, with training and support available.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients and develop individualized care plans.
• Implement and evaluate nursing interventions.
• Monitor patient conditions and document care.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure patient safety.
• Float to other units within the RN's scope of practice when needed.

Requirements

• Nursing degree.
• Active Kansas RN license or eligible compact RN license.
• Current BLS certification.
• New graduates are welcome; acute care experience is not required.
• Must be willing to work every other weekend and every other holiday.
• Minimal on-call requirements; flexibility in self-scheduling is expected.
