We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Recruiter to join a growing organization in Irvine, California. The person in this role will lead hiring efforts across multiple functions while also contributing to employee development and broader HR initiatives. Responsibilities:
• Direct end-to-end hiring activities for a range of departments, including commercial, operations, customer-facing, technical, and quality-focused teams.
• Develop targeted sourcing approaches, build candidate pipelines, and engage talent through industry networks and recruiting channels.
• Partner with leaders to define hiring priorities, align search strategies with business goals, and improve workforce planning decisions.
• Oversee the recruitment lifecycle from initial outreach through interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding support.
• Advise leadership on talent market trends, team structure considerations, and approaches to strengthen hiring outcomes and retention.
• Assist with identifying employee development needs and support training initiatives through coordination, tracking, and follow-up.
• Contribute to the creation and delivery of onboarding, compliance, and career development materials for employees.
• Provide day-to-day HR support by responding to employee questions, reinforcing policies, and maintaining accurate HR documentation and records.
• Participate in cross-functional HR projects focused on engagement, culture, process improvement, and employee programs or events.• Bachelor’s degree, HR certification, or a comparable combination of education and relevant hands-on experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in recruiting, including full-cycle hiring and candidate sourcing responsibilities.
• Demonstrated success hiring for sales, field-based, commercial, or other business-critical roles, preferably in a regulated industry.
• Working knowledge of core HR practices and California employment guidelines.
• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across executive, management, and employee levels.
• Excellent communication, interviewing, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and other recruiting or HR technology tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment.
