Schedule and Hours:

• Monday through Friday with rotating weekends
• 30-40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive pharmacy services in both retail and long-term care settings
• Dispense medications accurately and counsel patients on proper use
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Manage medication therapy adherence and conduct necessary assessments

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid Minnesota State Pharmacist License
• PharmD degree preferred; MTM certification a plus
• Immunization certification and CPR certification required
• Previous experience in retail and long-term care pharmacy preferred
