Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Human Resources (HR) Generalist to join a growing team in Pennsylvania. This is an onsite opportunity for a detail-oriented individual who can support core HR operations while helping create a positive and compliant employee experience. The ideal candidate brings hands-on knowledge across employee relations, onboarding, benefits administration, and HR systems, along with the ability to step in quickly and make an immediate impact.
Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day human resources activities across the employee lifecycle, ensuring timely and accurate support for staff and leadership.
• Guide employees and managers on workplace matters, helping resolve concerns effectively and in alignment with company policy.
• Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including documentation, orientation support, and a smooth transition into the organization.
• Administer benefits-related processes and serve as a point of contact for employee questions involving enrollment and coverage changes.
• Maintain and update HR records and data within the HRIS, supporting accuracy, reporting, and compliance needs.
• Assist with the implementation and communication of HR policies, procedures, and best practices across the business.
• Partner with internal stakeholders on HR administration, process improvements, and ongoing workforce support.
• Contribute to special projects and additional HR initiatives as business needs evolve.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of human resources experience in a generalist or similar HR role.• Demonstrated background in employee relations, HR administration, onboarding, and benefits support.
• Experience working with HRIS platforms and maintaining accurate employee information.
• Strong knowledge of standard HR practices, documentation, and confidentiality requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in an onsite environment.
• Ability to start as soon as possible.
