We are looking for a Paralegal to support a legal team handling matters involving medical malpractice and sexual abuse claims in Baltimore, Maryland. This position requires someone who can manage case activity with precision, maintain organized documentation, and assist attorneys through all stages of litigation. The ideal candidate brings prior exposure to medical malpractice cases and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate depositions, meetings, and other case-related appointments to keep litigation calendars on track.
• Draft, format, and organize legal documents such as pleadings, complaints, and interrogatory materials for attorney review and filing.
• Support trial readiness by assembling exhibits, preparing case files, and helping attorneys stay organized ahead of court proceedings.
• Request, track, and maintain medical records and other supporting documentation relevant to active matters.
• Create clear and accurate transcriptions from dictated notes and other recorded content.
• Arrange travel logistics for attorneys or staff when case-related appearances or meetings require it.
• Maintain structured case records by indexing, organizing, and updating files for efficient access.
• Manage attorney scheduling needs and help ensure daily priorities and deadlines are properly coordinated.• Prior paralegal experience supporting medical malpractice matters is required.
• Demonstrated ability to prepare and review pleadings, complaints, and interrogatory documents.
• Experience coordinating depositions, appointments, and litigation-related schedules.
• Strong familiarity with obtaining, organizing, and reviewing medical records.
• Ability to assist with trial preparation and maintain accurate case documentation under deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce precise transcriptions.
• Strong organizational skills with careful attention to detail and follow-through.
