Staff Pharmacist - Ogema, WI

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This opportunity is ideal for a licensed pharmacist seeking to provide maternity leave coverage in a family-owned, independent retail pharmacy. Location:

• Phillips, WI

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Rotating Saturdays (with an additional day off that week)
• Pharmacy closed on Thanksgiving Day
• Schedule may vary depending on PRN pharmacist availability
• Training days may be available before the start date

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify prescriptions accurately and ensure patient safety
• Counsel patients on medication usage and health information
• Oversee daily workflow to maintain efficient pharmacy operations
• Administer immunizations and vaccines as required
• Collaborate closely with two pharmacy technicians, mainly as a solo pharmacist on-site

Qualifications / Desired Experience:

• Valid pharmacist license
• Experience with retail pharmacy practice, preferably in an independent setting
• Proficiency or willingness to learn the PioneerRx system
• Comfortable working independently while contributing to a supportive team environment
• Strong communication and counseling skills
