• Weekly pay of $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

• Prepare sheet metal surfaces for coating by cleaning, sanding, masking, or applying pre-treatment solutions.

• Operate powder coating spray equipment to apply coatings evenly on sheet metal products.

• Adjust and monitor coating thickness, color consistency, and finish quality according to specifications.

• Inspect coated parts for defects such as runs, sags, or uneven coverage, making corrections as needed.

• Maintain coating equipment, spray guns, and curing ovens in good working condition.

• Follow safety guidelines and wear proper PPE while handling coating materials and equipment.

• Day Shift, 7:00 am to 4:30 pm

• Monday - Thursday

• Fridays 7:00 am to 11:00 am

• Previous experience as a powder coater, industrial painter, or in a sheet metal fabrication environment is strongly preferred.

• GED / High School Diploma

• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen

• Able to pass a background check

• Able to work in the US

• Knowledge of powder coating techniques, equipment operation, and curing processes.

• Ability to read and understand work orders, blueprints, and specifications.

• Basic mechanical aptitude for equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.

• Familiarity with safety practices in a manufacturing or coating environment.
