Schedule: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, plus 1–2 call shifts per week

Call Requirement: 30-minute callback response time

Salary: $70,000–$90,000/year

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Circulator RN to provide safe, high-quality perioperative nursing care. The ideal candidate will have strong operating room experience and be comfortable supporting orthopedic, general surgery, da Vinci robotic-assisted, and some OB/GYN procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative assessments.
• Provide appropriate nursing care throughout the surgical process.
• Anticipate surgical team needs and support efficient workflow.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical technologists.
• Support patient safety and high-quality surgical outcomes.

Requirements

• Current North Carolina RN license or compact license with North Carolina endorsement.
• Associate degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of Operating Room Circulating RN experience.
• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Must be comfortable circulating in orthopedic, general surgery, da Vinci, and some OB/GYN procedures.
• Must be willing to meet call requirements, including a 30-minute callback response time.
