Customer Service Representative

• Minimum 6 months of high-volume inbound contact center experience within the last 12 months

• Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner.
• Assist Medicaid providers and clients with questions regarding eligibility, medical claims status, and other program-related inquiries.
• Assist with problem resolution and escalate/transfer calls to the appropriate Call Center unit when needed.
• Accurately document customer interactions in online logs.
• Meet individual call-center performance and quality standards.
• Maintain strict attendance and performance requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• M.S Office experience.
• Strong multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume customer service environment.
